SHIPPING For items in stock, please allow 2-5 business days after payment for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Standard shipping from Israel can take up to 21 business days (depending on destination). Once the package is shipped a tracking number will be provided. Please follow the tracking number to follow your order's status. Note that tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update.

For special orders/backorders and express shipping please contact us to get a more accurate ETA and rates.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply. Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs issues.

 

 

RETURNS If you have any questions or require any additional information regarding an item, please email us before placing your order, we will be happy to answer any questions and provide advice.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know by emailing us at info@wide-eyed.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please specify in your email whether you wish to exchange or return your goods. Returned products must be shipped back within 7 days from receiving your order. Please don't ship back any items before contacting us for our full return information. We recommend you post your item with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for any lost items. Once the return is received and approved, you will be notified and an exchange/refund will be issued.

In order to qualify for a return/exchange, items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging. Please take care when shipping items back, to prevent any damage which will occur during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
